At VerifyItHQ.com, we strive to offer accurate and dependable vehicle-related verification services. Given the nature of these digital and database-driven services, certain refund conditions apply as outlined below.
General Refund Guidelines
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
- Refund eligibility depends on the service and specific conditions described below.
- All refund requests must be emailed to support@verifyithq.com including order details and explanation.
Refundable Scenario
✔️ Vehicle Not Found in Customs Database (Customs Duty Verification Only and Reprint/Recovery of Lost Customs Papers)
If a vehicle is not found in the official Nigeria Customs database during either the Customs Duty Verification or Reprint/Recovery of Lost Customs Papers service, a full refund will be granted under our 14-day money-back guarantee.
Important: Refunds will not apply if the vehicle is found in the database and documents have already been processed, even if the customer later claims the VIN or chassis number submitted was incorrect.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
❌ 1. Vehicle History Report
- No refunds are issued once a Vehicle History Report has been generated and delivered.
- This applies even if the customer submitted an incorrect VIN or chassis number.
- These reports depend on third-party data sources and cannot be reversed or modified.
❌ 2. Customs Duty Verification
- No refunds will be granted if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer, including:
- Wrong C Number
- Incorrect Date
- Wrong Exit Port
- Once verification is completed and the vehicle is found in the customs database, no refund will be issued even if the customer later claims that wrong details were submitted.
❌ 3. Reprint / Recovery of Lost Customs Papers
- Refunds will not be issued if:
- The chassis number or VIN has already been processed and the customer later claims they submitted wrong information.
- The request has already been processed by our dedicated support.
